Popular Sunrise Manor Bus Amenities Available
Not every Sunrise Manor trip calls for the same ride. A 25-passenger party bus heading to T-Mobile Arena typically comes with wraparound perimeter seating, color-changing LED lighting, a full-length bar, and a Bluetooth sound system — the party starts well before the Strip. A minibus is the practical pick for corporate shuttles along the I-215 corridor or wedding guest transfers between Sunset Station and a reception venue, with climate control and reclining seats for a clean, comfortable ride.
For large convention groups at the Las Vegas Convention Center, a 56-passenger charter bus with undercarriage luggage bays and an onboard restroom means no pit stops and no checked bags left behind. Whatever combination of size and amenities your group needs, the quote tool surfaces it fast.

Sunrise Manor Party Bus Pricing
Party bus rental prices in Sunrise Manor shift based on vehicle size, your travel date, and how many hours you need. Here are planning ranges to give you a ballpark before you request your quote: a minibus runs roughly $200–$275 per hour on weekends, while a 25-passenger party bus lands between $275–$375 per hour on weekend nights. A full charter bus for convention or stadium runs comes in around $200–$350 per hour regardless of day.
Per-day rates for a party bus range from roughly $1,400 on the low end to $4,050 for a larger vehicle on a high-demand weekend.
Those numbers move with New Year's Eve on the Strip, NASCAR weekend at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, and Raiders home-game Sundays — all of which spike demand and compress availability fast. The Easy Way to Compare Sunrise Manor Party Bus Rentals
The Las Vegas Valley has no shortage of transportation options — and that is exactly the problem. Searching for a bus in Sunrise Manor usually means opening five tabs, calling three companies that don't answer, waiting on two email callbacks, and still not knowing whether you found a good rate. Partybuslasvegasnevada.com short-circuits that whole process. One form, one call, one place to compare everything side by side.
Because this is a comparison website and not a single-fleet operator, you are never locked into one company's available inventory. If a 28-passenger bus is unavailable for your date, the network surfaces other options at other price points — something a single company simply cannot do. The quote tool works every day of the year, any hour, with no account and no pressure.
A support line at 702-273-3624 is available to walk through custom itineraries — one-way airport runs, multi-stop Strip crawls, round-trip stadium shuttles — and build a package that fits the group's actual headcount and schedule. That combination of instant online access and real human backup is what makes Partybuslasvegasnevada.com the easier starting point for any Sunrise Manor group trip.
Party Bus Services in Sunrise Manor
Partybuslasvegasnevada.com helps Sunrise Manor groups find transportation for every occasion — from airport shuttles and Raiders game day runs to wedding shuttles, bachelorette parties, concert nights, corporate events, and school field trips. Call 702-273-3624 or use the online quote form to find the right bus for your group today.

Sunrise Manor Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) sits roughly 12 miles southwest of Sunrise Manor via the I-515 and US-95 interchange — a corridor that backs up badly during convention peak hours and on Sunday evenings when the weekend crowd is clearing out. Rideshare pickup at Reid is staged on Level 2 of the Terminal 1 parking garage and the valet level of the Terminal 3 garage, and surge pricing after a sold-out fight week or a major convention closing night regularly runs two to three times the standard rate.
A pre-arranged Sunrise Manor airport shuttle bus cuts through all of that: your group assembles once, loads once, and the bus is staged to move when you are ready — no app-timing the pickup, no splitting into four separate cars because no single rideshare can take eight people with luggage. For large groups with checked bags, a charter bus with undercarriage bays means every suitcase goes under the floor, not in laps. Check the Harry Reid airport shuttle guide for full pickup logistics, then call 702-273-3624 to lock in your date.

Sunrise Manor Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Las Vegas is the bachelor and bachelorette capital of the country for a reason — the Strip never closes, the venues are world-class, and a single Friday night can go from a rooftop pool at the Palms to a 4 AM last call at Drai's Nightclub (3595 S Las Vegas Blvd) without anyone ever needing a car. The problem is coordination: once the group splits into separate rideshares at the first stop, it almost never reassembles cleanly. A Las Vegas bachelorette party bus eliminates that split — everyone loads once in Sunrise Manor and the night runs on your itinerary, not on app availability.
A 20- to 40-passenger party bus with LED lighting, perimeter seating, and a sound system is the most popular configuration for Strip crawl nights hitting stops like Hakkasan at MGM Grand, Omnia at Caesars, and Encore Beach Club. For a more intimate group of 10 to 14, a Sprinter limo keeps it tight and moves easily through resort valet loops. Either way, when the last club closes, the bus is already there.
Call 702-273-3624 to compare configurations and check availability for your date.

Sunrise Manor Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Sunrise Manor and the surrounding northeast Las Vegas Valley have a strong tradition of large quinceañera and Sweet 16 celebrations, and a party bus arrival turns the entrance into its own moment. Las Vegas birthday party bus rentals in the 15- to 40-passenger range are the most popular configurations for these events, and many venues in the valley — from reception halls along Nellis Boulevard to banquet spaces off Cheyenne Avenue — have enough parking and a wide enough driveway approach to accommodate a full-size party bus at the curb.
For adult milestone birthdays taking the group to a dinner at Gordon Ramsay Hell's Kitchen at Caesars (3570 S Las Vegas Blvd) or a late night at Omnia, a party bus means nobody has to deal with valet queues on Las Vegas Boulevard or figure out parking at a casino garage. Weekend hourly rates for a 25-passenger party bus run roughly $275–$375 — split 20 ways, that math works out well. Use the online quote tool or call 702-273-3624 for a free quote.

Sunrise Manor Concert Transportation & Shuttles
The Sphere at the Venetian Resort (255 Sands Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89169) is the largest and most operationally complex concert venue in the Las Vegas Valley, seating approximately 17,500 and sitting steps from the most congested stretch of Las Vegas Boulevard. Sands Avenue backs up for blocks after a Sphere show, and the surrounding resort parking structures fill hours before doors open. A Sunrise Manor concert bus rental drops your group on Sands Avenue and picks everyone up at a pre-arranged window, so nobody is on their phone in the parking garage trying to flag a rideshare at 11:30 PM.
T-Mobile Arena (3780 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89158) at New York-New York has similar dynamics — the dedicated T-Mobile Arena bus drop-off is on Audrie Street, and post-show the block fills fast. Allegiant Stadium hosts touring stadium acts in addition to Raiders games, and the I-15 southbound on-ramp at Russell Road is gridlocked for 45 minutes after every event. A party bus with a Bluetooth sound system and LED lighting gets the group moving together before the first opener, and gets everyone home without the parking lot wait.

Sunrise Manor Corporate Event Transportation
The Las Vegas Convention Center (3150 Paradise Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89109) hosts CES, SEMA, and dozens of other conventions that bring tens of thousands of attendees into the valley simultaneously — and the stretch of Paradise Road between Sahara Avenue and Desert Inn Road becomes nearly impassable during move-in and opening-day morning rushes. Companies shuttling employees or clients between Sunrise Manor hotels and the LVCC save meaningful time by bypassing the Paradise Road crawl with a pre-routed minibus or charter bus that uses the Frank Sinatra Drive corridor or Convention Center Drive's dedicated bus approach.
For smaller executive transfers between office parks along the Eastern Avenue corridor or team shuttles to a dinner at a Strip casino, a Sprinter van is a clean, quiet, and right-sized option. Las Vegas corporate event transportation through Partybuslasvegasnevada.com is available for one-day events, multi-day conference contracts, and anything in between. Call 702-273-3624 to discuss a custom corporate shuttle package — a live agent can match vehicle size to your headcount and build around your conference schedule.

Sunrise Manor Private Event Transportation Services
Big private events in the Las Vegas Valley come with a specific logistical wrinkle: hotel room blocks are often spread across multiple properties, and getting a large group from check-in to the venue without losing half the party in a casino floor is a genuine coordination challenge. A private charter bus or party bus found through Partybuslasvegasnevada.com solves that by running a fixed pickup loop — one route, one vehicle, one confirmed arrival time.
The Electric Daisy Carnival at Las Vegas Motor Speedway (7000 Las Vegas Blvd N, Las Vegas, NV 89115) draws over 130,000 attendees across three nights each May, and the Speedway is roughly 15 miles north of the Strip via I-15 — a corridor that becomes a genuine parking lot on EDC nights. A private Las Vegas event bus that stages at a Sunrise Manor address and runs directly to the Speedway sidesteps the I-15 backup entirely by timing the departure window, and avoids the $50+ per-car parking rate on-site. For family reunions, church group outings, or multi-venue milestone celebrations, Partybuslasvegasnevada.com can match any group size to the right vehicle.
Call 702-273-3624 to discuss a custom itinerary.

Sunrise Manor Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Prom season in the Las Vegas Valley runs primarily through April and May, and demand for party buses across Clark County spikes dramatically in that 6-week window. High schools serving Sunrise Manor and the northeast valley — including Sunrise Mountain High and Chaparral High — typically schedule proms within that same compressed calendar, which means the best vehicles at the sharpest pricing go fast. For prom: book by January or expect premium pricing and limited availability in the spring.
A Las Vegas prom party bus in the 20- to 40-passenger range is the standard configuration for most high school groups in this area. LED lighting, a premium sound system, and a coordinated pickup and drop-off plan give parents peace of mind and give the group an experience that starts the moment they board. Homecoming bookings follow a similar demand curve in October — earlier is always better.
Call 702-273-3624 to lock in a date before the availability window closes.

Sunrise Manor School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Field trips originating from Sunrise Manor schools have two natural destination clusters: the downtown Las Vegas Fremont Street area — home to the Discovery Children's Museum (360 Promenade Pl, Las Vegas, NV 89106) and the Mob Museum (300 Stewart Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89101) — and the US-95 corridor leading to natural and science destinations like the Nevada State Museum at the Springs Preserve (333 S Valley View Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89107). Both routes involve navigating downtown Las Vegas surface streets, where bus loading zones and one-way street patterns require advance coordination.
A Las Vegas school event charter bus with overhead storage, onboard restrooms on longer routes, and a PA system makes the organizational side much more manageable for teachers and chaperones. ADA-accessible vehicles are available through the network — just note that when requesting a quote. For same-day quotes on school trips, call 702-273-3624 any day of the year; the quote form also works 24 hours a day with no account required.

Sunrise Manor Sporting Event Transportation
Allegiant Stadium (3333 Al Davis Way, Las Vegas, NV 89118) sits approximately 18 miles southwest of Sunrise Manor, and on Raiders game Sundays the I-515 to I-15 southbound run turns into a genuine parking lot by the time the 1 PM kickoff window opens. The stadium designates a drop-off and pickup area near Diablo Drive and Procyon Street west of the stadium for taxis, shuttles, and large vehicles, with charter bus logistics coordinated directly through the stadium's guest experience team. Rideshare pickup is staged in designated lots that require a post-game walk, and surge pricing after a night game on the Strip corridor is predictably painful.
A Las Vegas sporting event party bus that loads in Sunrise Manor and runs straight to Allegiant means the pregame starts on board — no I-15 stress, no $30 parking, and no scramble after the final whistle. The Allegiant Stadium charter bus guide breaks down the approach routes and drop-off logistics in full. For Golden Knights games at T-Mobile Arena, the T-Mobile Arena bus guide covers drop-off on Audrie Street and post-game pickup timing.
Call 702-273-3624 to book.

Sunrise Manor Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Las Vegas is one of the most active wedding markets in the country, and Sunrise Manor sits close to a corridor of reception venues, chapels, and hotel ballrooms that stretches from the Boulder Highway to the Las Vegas Strip. The challenge for wedding planners is almost always the gap between where guests are staying and where the ceremony and reception are happening — a gap that, on a Saturday night in Las Vegas, is filled with traffic, valet queues, and parking garages charging $25 for the evening.
A Las Vegas wedding shuttle bus running a fixed loop between a Sunrise Manor hotel block and a reception at a venue like Green Valley Ranch (2300 Paseo Verde Pkwy, Henderson, NV 89052) or Red Rock Casino (11011 W Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89135) keeps the guest experience clean — everyone arrives together, nobody drives, and the end-of-night pickup is already scheduled. A 14-passenger Sprinter limo is a popular pick for the wedding party itself, while a 35-passenger minibus handles the broader guest shuttle circuit. Call 702-273-3624 to get both priced out at once and compare configurations side by side.

Sunrise Manor Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
The Las Vegas Valley is not Napa — but the craft brewery and bar scene has grown substantially, and a properly routed pub crawl through the valley's best stops is a genuinely great afternoon or evening. Popular anchors for a northeast Las Vegas bar circuit include Lovelady Brewing Company (20 S Water St, Henderson, NV 89015), Able Baker Brewing (1510 S Main St, Las Vegas, NV 89104) in the Arts District, and PublicUs (1126 Fremont St, Las Vegas, NV 89101) near the Fremont East Entertainment District.
Fremont East itself — the stretch of Fremont Street between Las Vegas Boulevard and 9th Street — is one of the most walkable bar districts in the city, and a Las Vegas pub crawl party bus that stages nearby while your group walks the district is the cleanest way to run that itinerary. No parking meter to feed, no designated driver to negotiate, no Uber timing between stops. A 20- or 25-passenger party bus is the right size for most pub crawl groups in this area.

You compare the options and book through the process shown with your quote.
What is Partybuslasvegasnevada.com?
Partybuslasvegasnevada.com is a quote-comparison website for group ground transportation in the Las Vegas Valley. It is not a bus company, not a motor carrier, and does not own or operate any vehicles. It makes it easy to fill out one short form and compare party buses, charter buses, minibuses, and Sprinter vans from a network of independently owned transportation companies serving Sunrise Manor and surrounding areas — all in one place, with no account required and no obligation.
How does Partybuslasvegasnevada.com work?
Enter your trip details — date, group size, pickup location, and destination — into the online quote form or call 702-273-3624. Within seconds, you can compare different vehicle types, sizes, and price ranges from companies serving your area. No account, no lengthy form, no waiting on callbacks.
If you want help narrowing down the options or building a multi-stop itinerary, a live agent is available every day of the year to walk through it with you.
How much does a party bus cost in Sunrise Manor?
Party bus rental prices in Sunrise Manor vary by vehicle size, the day of the week, and how many hours you need. As planning ranges: a minibus runs roughly $200–$275 per hour on weekends, a 25-passenger party bus lands around $275–$375 per hour on weekend nights, and a full charter bus comes in at approximately $200–$350 per hour. Per-day rates span from about $1,100 for a minibus to over $4,000 for a large party bus on a peak weekend.
These are ranges, not quotes — the exact quote for your specific date comes from the quote form or a call to 702-273-3624 in about a minute.
When is the busiest time to rent a party bus in Las Vegas?
New Year's Eve on the Strip is the single most demand-compressed night of the year — inventory across the valley typically sells out months in advance and pricing reflects it. Other high-demand windows include NASCAR weekends at Las Vegas Motor Speedway (typically March and October), Electric Daisy Carnival in May, the National Finals Rodeo in December, and Raiders home Sundays throughout the NFL season. If your event falls in any of those windows, booking 3–4 months out is strongly advised.
Outside peak periods, 4–6 weeks of lead time is workable for most Sunrise Manor groups.
Can a party bus drop off directly at Allegiant Stadium?
Yes. Charter buses and large vehicles use the designated drop-off area near Diablo Drive and Procyon Street west of the stadium. Charter bus logistics are coordinated directly through the stadium's guest experience team, so it helps to confirm the specific arrangement for your event date in advance.
The Allegiant Stadium bus rental guide covers the full drop-off and parking logistics. Rideshare pickup after the game is in a separate staged lot that involves a walk — a pre-arranged charter bus already positioned nearby is a cleaner exit plan.
Do I need to create an account to get a quote?
No. The quote tool on Partybuslasvegasnevada.com requires no account and no login. Enter your trip details once and get pricing and vehicle options in about 30 seconds. If you prefer to talk through the details first, call 702-273-3624 any day — there is no pressure and no obligation attached to a quote.
What size bus do I need for my group?
A group of 10–14 fits well in a Sprinter van or Sprinter limo. Groups of 15–35 are typically best matched to a minibus, which offers more maneuverability around resort valet loops and residential pickup addresses. Groups of 20–50 planning a party-style trip — Strip crawl, bachelorette night, concert run — are the natural fit for a party bus with perimeter seating and built-in entertainment.
For groups over 40 or for long-distance runs like a Sunrise Manor to Laughlin trip, a full 56-passenger charter bus with undercarriage storage and an onboard restroom is the right call. A quick call to 702-273-3624 can match your headcount to the right configuration in minutes.
How far in advance should I book?
For most Sunrise Manor events outside peak periods, 3–6 weeks of lead time is a reasonable baseline. For prom (April–May), New Year's Eve, EDC in May, or any Raiders playoff game, book 3–4 months out at minimum — demand in the Las Vegas Valley during those windows is real and availability compresses quickly. The earlier the booking, the better the selection and the more predictable the rate.
Call 702-273-3624 as soon as your date is confirmed; a free quote has no downside and no obligation.
Popular Sunrise Manor Party Bus Destinations
From the Fremont Street Experience to Allegiant Stadium, Sunrise Manor groups have easy access to some of the most high-traffic and high-energy destinations in the Las Vegas Valley. Here are six popular stops where knowing the bus logistics ahead of time makes a real difference — and where arriving by charter bus or party bus is a noticeably smarter play than driving yourself.

Allegiant Stadium
Allegiant Stadium (3333 Al Davis Way, Las Vegas, NV 89118) is an 18-mile run from Sunrise Manor's core, and on Raiders game days and major concert nights, the I-15 southbound approach from the I-515 interchange backs up well before kickoff. The stadium holds 65,000 for NFL games and slightly more for major stadium concerts. Official bus and charter vehicle drop-off is coordinated near Diablo Drive and Procyon Street west of the stadium; specific logistics for large groups are confirmed per event through the stadium's guest experience team.
On-site parking is sold in advance and routinely fills for major events. Post-game rideshare staging is in a remote lot with a meaningful walk. A Sunrise Manor charter bus that departs 90 minutes before kickoff arrives ahead of the worst congestion and picks the group up at a pre-arranged window — no parking cost, no lot shuttle, no post-game rideshare queue.
Check the full Allegiant Stadium bus guide before your event date.
Address: 3333 Al Davis Way, Las Vegas, NV 89118

The Sphere
The Sphere at the Venetian Resort (255 Sands Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89169) is the newest and most logistically complex concert venue in the valley — 17,500 seats, a 580,000-square-foot exterior LED shell, and an address that puts it one block east of Las Vegas Boulevard at the intersection of Sands Avenue and Koval Lane. The surrounding resort parking structures (Palazzo, Venetian, and the Sands Expo area) fill well before showtime on major event nights, and Sands Avenue becomes a slow-moving two-lane exit route after the doors close. A party bus from Sunrise Manor drops at the Sands Avenue approach and stages on Koval while the group is inside — no parking structure, no three-block walk from a remote garage, and no app-timing a rideshare surge on the way home.
Check the Sphere bus rental guide for current drop-off details.
Address: 255 Sands Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89169

Las Vegas Motor Speedway
Las Vegas Motor Speedway (7000 Las Vegas Blvd N, Las Vegas, NV 89115) sits roughly 10 miles north of Sunrise Manor via Las Vegas Boulevard North — the most direct route — and hosts two NASCAR Cup Series race weekends per year (typically March and October) plus Electric Daisy Carnival across three nights each May. On race and EDC days, Las Vegas Boulevard North from Craig Road to the Speedway entrance is a slow-moving single approach corridor, and on-site parking runs $30–$50+ depending on the lot. Buses and charter vehicles use a designated commercial approach and staging area separate from general parking.
A party bus that loads in Sunrise Manor and times the departure to arrive 45 minutes before general lot opening bypasses the worst of the northbound traffic and gets the group to the gate without the parking scramble. See the Las Vegas Motor Speedway bus rental guide for current commercial vehicle access details.
Address: 7000 Las Vegas Blvd N, Las Vegas, NV 89115

T-Mobile Arena
T-Mobile Arena (3780 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89158) is home to the Vegas Golden Knights and hosts major boxing matches, concerts, and UFC events throughout the year — sitting between New York-New York and Park MGM at the south end of the Strip. The arena itself has no dedicated on-site public parking; the nearest structures are the Park MGM self-park and the MGM Grand garage, both of which fill quickly and charge $20–$30 on event nights. Official bus and charter vehicle drop-off is on Audrie Street on the arena's east side.
Post-event, Las Vegas Boulevard southbound and the Tropicana Avenue intersection both back up significantly, making rideshare pickup at the designated zone on Audrie Street a 20–30 minute wait after a sold-out show. A pre-arranged pickup staged on Audrie already waiting when the group exits is the cleanest solution. The T-Mobile Arena bus rental guide has full drop-off and post-event logistics.
Address: 3780 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89158

Las Vegas Convention Center
The Las Vegas Convention Center (3150 Paradise Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89109) is one of the largest convention facilities in North America at 4.6 million square feet, and during CES in January and SEMA in October it generates some of the most sustained traffic congestion in the valley — Paradise Road between Sahara Avenue and Desert Inn Road becomes effectively a parking lot during opening-morning rush hours on those two events. The LVCC campus spans multiple halls across Convention Center Drive and Paradise Road, with the newer West Hall (opened 2021) adding additional bus access points. Charter buses approach via Convention Center Drive for West Hall events and via Paradise Road for the main campus.
Dedicated bus drop-off and staging areas are coordinated through the LVCC's transportation office for large events. A minibus or charter bus running a fixed hotel-to-LVCC shuttle loop during a multi-day conference is far more predictable than relying on rideshare during peak convention hours. See the Las Vegas Convention Center bus rental guide for current access details.
Address: 3150 Paradise Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89109

Fremont Street Experience
The Fremont Street Experience (425 Fremont St, Las Vegas, NV 89101) is a pedestrian mall covered by the 1,500-foot Viva Vision LED canopy — the anchor of downtown Las Vegas and the center of the Fremont East bar and entertainment district. Fremont Street between Main Street and 4th Street is fully closed to vehicle traffic, so charter buses and party buses drop and pick up on 3rd Street or Casino Center Boulevard, one block off the pedestrian corridor. Surface parking in the downtown core runs $10–$20 on weekend nights, and blocks within two streets of Fremont fill early on First Friday nights (the monthly arts and music event in the 18b Arts District nearby).
Sunrise Manor is roughly 8 miles from the Fremont Street Experience via US-95 — about 15 minutes in light traffic, 30+ on a busy Friday night. A party bus loaded at a Sunrise Manor address can run the group down and back on a flat rate without the parking search or the late-night I-515 northbound crawl home.
